Lay-Mouneh (the Platform) is made available to you, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of UAE, whose address is at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE referred to in these terms & conditions (Terms and Conditions) as 'we', 'us' and 'our').

Lay-Mouneh is also using its ecommerce to sell in Lebanese territories and will abide by UAE governing laws

REGISTRATION
As a first step, you need to register to Lay-mouneh.com in order to benefit from its services and features. When you register and create an account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself. Your account password should be kept secure, and you must notify Lay-mouneh immediately in case of any breach of security revolving around your password.
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
In order to make purchases on Lay-mouneh.com you will be required to provide your personal details: your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that are valid and correct where payment via card is accepted norm. Lay-mouneh.com is only available to individuals who meet its T&C, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Lay-mouneh, whose applications are acceptable to Lay-mouneh and who have authorized Lay-mouneh to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.
ORDERS
Items in your Cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. For security reasons, some countries may not be allowed to purchase from Lay-mouneh.com . For custom & regulatory reasons, some products may have restrictions to be shipped to certain countries.
Cancellation
For the first 12 hours after the order is placed, buyers can cancel their own full order using the Cancel button located in Your Account > Your Orders
Buyer cannot cancel one item from an order , it is recommended that the full order is cancelled and new order to be placed.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
PRICING
Prices shown on Lay-mouneh.com are shown in the accepted currency in your market. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated USD, you may be subject to exchange rate charges by your card issuer.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the T&C.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from www.lay-mouneh.com whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

PAYMENT & currency
Payment in Lebanon is done as Cash against Delivery and in local LBP currency
Payment in rest of world is processed through Telr payment interface using the latest security technologies and standards (Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code). Payment is accepted with Visa and Mastercard. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon approval and confirmation from our e-payment gateway. You confirm that you are the debit/credit card owner or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Lay-mouneh, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
Currency, is picked based on your registered IP address ie in UAE it is AED, in Lebanon it is LBP and in the rest of the world it is USD.
’The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency”.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and www.www.lay-mouneh.com policies and rules.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
SECURITY
All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed through the secure online payment interface of Telr. Your financial data will be fully encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to help ensure a safe, simple, and secure shopping experience on Lay-mouneh.com Furthermore, we take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Lay-mouneh.com.

- Ensure food items are packaged according to Food grade requirements and products are tested and validated by competent authority

Subject to the above, our total liability to you, whether based on an action or claim in contract, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising out of or in relation to the Platform
